Wise dance show – Batuca Dance – Alice in Wonderland

Thursday 24 July 2025, at 9.30pm, Piazza Marmilla becomes an open-air stage for the dance performance “Alice in Wonderland” by Batuca Dance.
From the youngest students to advanced groups, over seventy dancers will guide the audience on a lively choreographic journey between the White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts, mixing modern, hip-hop, classical and “batuca” rhythms of Latin-African inspiration.
Flamboyant costumes, digital projections and plays of light will transform the square-amphitheatre into a dream world under the stars. Free admission; limited places on the steps, so it is advisable to arrive a little early and enjoy the sunset before the trapdoor opens towards Alice’s wonders.
