Nuraghe Sirai

The extraordinary archaeological site of Nuraghe Sirai, located in the Sulcis hills near Carbonia, is a true one-of-a-kind in Sardinia. This historic fortress—surrounded by earthworks of Eastern influence—encloses a Nuragic village that stands as evidence of the coexistence between Sardinian and Phoenician societies in the 7th–6th centuries BCE.
