DESCRIPTION:A weekly event dedicated to reuse\, collecting\, vintage and antiques arrives in Carbonia. The Serbariu Neighborhood Committee\, in collaboration with the Pro Loco Carbonia and with the patronage of the Municipality of Carbonia\, organizes the open-air second-hand market\, a fair designed to give new life to objects\, encourage meetings between citizens and enhance the pleasure of being together.\nThe market will take place every Thursday in July and August\, from 2 July to 27 August\, for a total of 9 events\, from 7.00 pm to 12.00 am\, in the small park in via Sanzio\, in the Park in Memory of the Martyrs of the Foibe\, next to the SuperPan in via Santa Caterina in Carbonia. \nIt will be an opportunity to browse through used objects\, collectibles\, vintage items and antique proposals\, but also to meet in a large outdoor space\, do small business and experience the neighborhood in a simple\, convivial and participatory atmosphere. During the evenings there will also be a refreshment point.\nThe second-hand market was born with a concrete and positive spirit: it allows us to restore value to objects that have been preserved for a long time\, supports reuse\, encourages the saving of raw materials and promotes a more ecological and environmentally friendly choice. SUMMARY:Zappueddus and Sartizzu arrustu festival: the flavors of Sulcis
DESCRIPTION:The festival of zappueddus and sartizzu arrustu\n  \nZappueddus (or Sappueddus\, also called spizzua and ghetta) are a rustic pasta shape originating from Southern Sardinia\, in particular from the Sulcis-Iglesiente areas. They were born in peasant cuisine: from the leftover dough of durum wheat semolina\, water and salt (sometimes with lard)\, pinch it off and immediately “throw” it into boiling water. \n \nSartizzu arrustu is one of the symbols of Sardinian cuisine. The traditional fresh pork sausage\, flavored with various spices\, is cooked “arrustu”: placed on a low grill\, at close range from burning embers which give it a characteristic scent of Mediterranean woods.\n
