SUMMARY:Nottinsieme in Carbonia: the summer review of the summer
DESCRIPTION:Nottinsieme returns to Carbonia\, the event that animates the city center every Wednesday in the summer. From Wednesday 1 July until 26 August 2026\, the streets of the center will once again be filled with people\, music and markets\, confirming one of the most anticipated summer events in Carbonia.\nAlso for this edition\, the traditional markets will accompany the summer evenings with an atmosphere of celebration\, meeting and conviviality in the heart of the city. Today’s opening night will have an even more special meaning\, because it will celebrate 10 years of Radio Carbonia\, a reality which in this decade has become a point of reference for the area. The first evening program includes the Aperitif in the Piazza at 8.00 pm and the DJ Set at 10.00 pm with Manlio B.\, Eros Effe\, Feb and Christian Pala\, with the special participation of Angelo Fraternali as an exceptional guest.\n  \nNottinsieme 2026 is organized by the Municipality of Carbonia\, through the Department of Sport\, Culture and Entertainment\, in collaboration with the Autonomous Region of Sardinia\, the Pro Loco Carbonia and Elledance.\nA perfect opportunity to experience the center of Carbonia on summer evenings with shopping\, music and entertainment. Organized by the Municipality of Carbonia in collaboration with MPI Italia Chapter\, the convention will bring sector professionals\, institutional representatives\, tourist operators\, foreign buyers and international speakers to the heart of Sulcis\, transforming the city into a place for meeting\, discussion and relationships on a national and international scale. \nThe theme chosen for this edition\, “From Underground to Global Sea Routes: Gateway to the Sulcis”\, effectively expresses the vision of a territory that starts from its mining identity to open up to new connections\, new routes and new development opportunities. Carbonia and Sulcis Iglesiente thus present themselves as a destination capable of combining industrial memory\, landscape\, hospitality\, sustainability and innovation\, offering an authentic and distinctive proposal in the panorama of events and professional tourism. \nOver the course of the three days\, the convention will provide space for moments of training\, networking and discovery of the area\, with a program designed to enhance the dialogue between different skills\, experiences and perspectives. DESCRIPTION:The festival of zappueddus and sartizzu arrustu\n  \nZappueddus (or Sappueddus\, also called spizzua and ghetta) are a rustic pasta shape originating from Southern Sardinia\, in particular from the Sulcis-Iglesiente areas. They were born in peasant cuisine: from the leftover dough of durum wheat semolina\, water and salt (sometimes with lard)\, pinch it off and immediately “throw” it into boiling water. \n \nSartizzu arrustu is one of the symbols of Sardinian cuisine. The traditional fresh pork sausage\, flavored with various spices\, is cooked “arrustu”: placed on a low grill\, at close range from burning embers which give it a characteristic scent of Mediterranean woods.\n

The initiative – reconfirmed in the municipal events plan “Estiamoinsieme 2025” – brings artistic craft stalls\, hobbyists\, Sardinian and international specialties\, craft beers and sweets to the center\, while island pop-rock bands and DJs alternate.\nFree entry\, convivial atmosphere and lots of music under the August sky: “In the centre… between Food and Sound” thus renews the mission of revitalizing the city’s living room\, mixing flavours\, local creativity and live vibrations on a long summer night.

DESCRIPTION:From 13 to 20 July 2025\, from 5.30pm onwards\, Piazza Roma is transformed into an urban playground for the “Overtime 3 vs 3 – Miners”: a week of street-style basketball under a single basket\, with non-stop games until the night finals.\nSixteen teams will compete in quick “first to 21” competitions on a FIBA ​​3×3 regulation field\, surrounded by DJ sets\, three-point shooting contests\, prizes for the MVP and refreshment stands. In addition to the trophies\, sports vouchers and Miners-branded gadgets are up for grabs. Entrance is free: spectators and families will be able to sit in the stands set up around the field and experience the streetball atmosphere of Sulcis in the heart of Carbonia\, between lights\, music and bounces on the stone. \nThe event\, belonging to the FISB circuit and sponsored by the Municipality of Carbonia\, includes the following categories: \n– MINIBASKET M&F (born in 2014 and later)\n– UNDER M&F (born in 2012 and 2013)\n– YOUNG M (born 2010\, 2011)\n– NEXTGEN M (born 2007\, 2008\, 2009)\n– ⁠ Open (non-members and over 45)\n– PRO M (adults\, born after 2010) \n——————————— \nN.B.
