Sport in Carbonia: La Gabbia in Bacu Abis, amateur 3-a-side football tournament

From 23 to 29 July 2026, starting from 9.30 pm, Piazza Santa Barbara in Bacu Abis, a hamlet of Carbonia, will host La Gabbia, an amateur 3-a-side five-a-side football tournament dedicated to sports enthusiasts and teams who want to test themselves in a dynamic and engaging competition.
For seven evenings, the center of Bacu Abis will be transformed into an outdoor sports arena, with fast matches, intense pace and challenges capable of involving players and the public. The three against three formula will make each match particularly spectacular, enhancing technique, speed, teamwork and ability to adapt.

The Gabbia represents an opportunity to experience sport in a climate of participation and fun, enlivening the summer evenings of the village and creating a meeting point for athletes, families and spectators.
