Tour of Sardinia 2026: stage Nuoro – Olbia on 1 March

On March 1, 2026, the Giro della Sardegna ends with the Nuoro – Olbia stage, the fifth and final appointment of the stage race.

From the internal heart of the island the route descends towards Gallura, drawing a final stage that can still reserve surprises, between possible attacks for the general classification and a possible fast sprint finish.

The arrival in Olbia, the international gateway to Sardinia, seals the return of the Giro after 15 years of absence, offering a further opportunity for tourism promotion thanks to the national and international television coverage guaranteed by the organisers.
