Coal Museum in Carbonia: Visit underground in the dark

The guided tour “Visit underground in the dark” at the Coal Museum (Auditorium Building), scheduled for Sunday 21 December 2025 from 5.00 pm, offers an immersive experience that reconstructs the working conditions of the miners in the tunnel.

Accompanied by museum guides, participants descend into the underground route and experience the darkness, sounds and atmospheres of the mine, with a story that combines safety, historical disclosure and valorization of Carbonia’s industrial heritage.
