Goodbye to summer

Sunday 31 August 2025, from 10pm, the historic Piazza Roma becomes the stage for the last great summer event: “Goodbye to Summer”. Soft lights and a large panoramic screen will be the setting for pop & house DJ sets, live band revivals and video mapping shows that will tell the best moments of the Carbonia summer in images.
Between one hit and another, gourmet street-food and craft beer kiosks will offer the perfect opportunity for a collective toast, while a lounge area with throws and cushions will allow you to admire the grand finale: a pyro-musical show that will illuminate the rationalist facades of the centre, greeting the summer with an explosion of lights and colours.
Entrance is free; via Roma and the surrounding streets will be pedestrianized. Bring friends, the desire to sing in the open air and get ready to say “Goodbye, summer” in the beating heart of Carbonia nel Sulcis.
