Wanderns und der Entdeckung<\/strong>.<br \/>Wenig begangene Pfade haben sich im Laufe der Zeit dank der Zeugnisse der Menschen, die sie \u00fcberquert haben, zu Stra\u00dfen entwickelt, so dass sie zu funktionalen Wegen f\u00fcr verschiedene Arbeitst\u00e4tigkeiten wurden.<br \/>Auf diesen <strong>alten Wegen<\/strong>, die seit dem Neolithikum bekannt sind, trafen sich zahlreiche V\u00f6lker des Mittelmeerraums und Europas.<br \/>Heute kann man diese Wege wiederentdecken, und zwar auf dem <strong>Weg der Heiligen Barbara<\/strong>, der Schutzpatronin der di Santa Barbara ist ein <strong>klassischer Rundweg<\/strong>, der in seiner Gesamtheit sogar etwa <strong>500 km<\/strong> umfasst.<br \/>Er durchquert die s\u00fcdsardischen Regionen Sulcis-Iglesiente-Arburese-Guspinese.<br \/>Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil der Strecke verl\u00e4uft auf unbefestigten Wegen, Maultierpfaden und Karrenwegen.<br \/>Nur ein kleiner, nicht minder interessanter Teil f\u00fchrt \u00fcber asphaltierte Stra\u00dfen in den benachbarten st\u00e4dtischen Zentren und \u00fcber asphaltierte au\u00dferst\u00e4dtische Streckenabschnitte.<br \/>Vom Meeresspiegel bis zum h\u00f6chsten Punkt auf etwa 900 m durch den Marganai-Wald ist die Route ein st\u00e4ndiger Wechsel von H\u00f6henunterschieden, aber gleichzeitig eine begehbare Route mit nur wenigen anspruchsvollen Passagen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>Die Etappen<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Der Sankt-Barbara-Weg wurde aufgrund seiner Hauptmerkmale und der Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von \u00dcbernachtungsm\u00f6glichkeiten entlang der Strecke in <strong>30 Etappen<\/strong> von jeweils etwa 16 km L\u00e4nge unterteilt.<br \/>Die Etappen wurden so konzipiert, dass die Wanderer und Pilger die St\u00e4tten der klassischen und industriellen Arch\u00e4ologie, die entlang des Weges zu finden sind, erkunden k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\u00dcber diese konventionelle Unterteilung hinaus kann jeder die Etappen in aller Ruhe nach seinen Bed\u00fcrfnissen und Anforderungen ausw\u00e4hlen.<br \/>Man kann je nach Ziel der Wanderung oder nach eigenem Geschmack langsamer oder schneller gehen.<br \/>Man kann anhalten, um die Landschaften, die <strong>arch\u00e4ologischen \u00dcberreste<\/strong>, die <strong>Minen<\/strong> und all die anderen Sch\u00f6nheiten zu <strong>bewundern<\/strong>,
